Yoga I – A fusion of yoga postures and flow. Suitable for experience levels. Beginner friendly. 45min to 1hr
Power Flow – Yoga I with a slightly faster pace. For when you want to slow it down OR kick it up a notch.
Power/Core – Faster pace that combines flow and strength. Moves target the core while also working arms, shoulders, legs. Perfect for those who want to challenge themselves. Krystle is certified in Yoga Shred and this class is Yoga Shred inspired. All movements are modifiable, beginners welcome. 30 to 45 min
PiYo – Fun and energetic Pilates and yoga mix. A Beachbody Live Program.
